How to Determine Your Class

To figure out your car class, first select your year and make of car. Add the appropriate points. Then proceed to engine components where you will select your exhaust system: 1, 2 or 3. Then add the appropriate points for those modifications you have made. Then go to headers; if you have added an aftermarket header system you would add 2 additional points. If you have changed throttle bodies, you would add one more point. Next look at compression ratio, if you have not opened your engine, move on to the next section. If you have, select the appropriate points for the modifications you have made. Continue on through the rest of the class matrix and add up your points. Then go back to the class break down at the top of the page and see which class you belong.
